I have embarked on three remarkable journeys to the pristine expanse of Western Antarctica, specifically to King George Island. These expeditions, driven by my dual passions as a researcher and an artist, allowed me to immerse myself in an unparalleled landscape of untouched beauty. I was graciously hosted by the King Sejong Research Station, where I had the unique opportunity to document not only the breathtaking natural surroundings but also the dedicated researchers and the overwintering team stationed there.
Equipped with my camera, I seized the chance to capture the serene and majestic vistas that define this extraordinary place. The tranquil and awe-inspiring scenery of Antarctica profoundly moved me, reshaping my perceptions of wilderness and instilling a deep-seated love for this remote region.
